Customized Automatic Counting and Packaging Machine for Large Skirting Board Accessories

Unlike standard packaging machines, this project required a pure non-standard design due to the bulky size and irregular shape of the skirting accessories. Based on the physical characteristics of the items and the client’s packaging requirements, we developed a machine that ensures both precision and flexibility in the packaging process.

🔧 Project Overview:

• The client provided 14 different types of skirting board accessories, with a maximum of 2 types per bag, and around 20 pieces of each type in every package.

• We designed a 4-tray counting system, where each tray handles different accessory types.

• The machine is capable of switching between all 14 materials efficiently, making it a multi-functional solution suitable for complex orders.

• The equipment integrates accurate counting modules to guarantee proper quantities while maintaining high speed and stability.
