This kind of packaging materials are all special-shaped parts with many different shapes. They cannot be packaged automatically and must be semi-automatic. But is semi-automatic optimization significant? Let’s take a look:

1. Purely manual packaging: bag grabbing - bag opening - filling - manual sealing. Pre-package a package in about 5 seconds. Different operators have different speeds. About 10-15 packets per minute;

2. Equipped with a semi-automatic packaging machine, the labor requirements are: grasping and feeding - machine sealing and packaging, and one package can be packaged in about 2 seconds. According to a conservative assessment, about 30 packages of packaging can be produced in one minute.

Judging from this action breakdown, is there room for victory? Equivalent to one machine equal to the output of at least one person. Different materials can be packaged at a faster speed. We have tested manual feeding to achieve an output of more than 50 packages/minute. In that case, the efficiency is not doubled compared to pure manual packaging.
