Common Faults of Screw Packaging Machine
1. Poor Sealing of Screw Packaging Machine Molds
This issue is quite common. Firstly, check if the temperature has reached the sealing temperature of the packaging film. If it has, then inspect whether the mold pressure of the screw packaging machine has been achieved. If there are no issues, it may indicate that the mold teeth are not engaged or that there is uneven pressure.
Solution: For the first issue, increase the temperature. For the second issue, increase the pressure. For the third issue, re-align the molds using one side as the reference point.
2. Photoelectric Problems of Screw Packaging Machine
This problem also occurs frequently, typically resulting in variations in bag length during packaging.
Solution: Check if the photoelectric sensor detects the mark on the film as it moves. Inspect the sensor for dust and ensure its sensitivity is correctly adjusted. Verify if there are any colors on the film affecting sensor recognition. If so, find a spot without any colors; otherwise, the packaging film may need to be replaced.
3. Failure to Reach Required Temperature by Screw Packaging Machine
This issue is relatively straightforward to diagnose but may be challenging for beginners. Firstly, check if the fuse is blown, followed by testing the relay using a multimeter or voltage tester. Check for loose connections in the heating rod wiring. If everything seems fine, test the resistance of the heating rod; if it reads infinity, the rod may be faulty.
4. Inability to Control Temperature by Screw Packaging Machine
This problem may arise due to either a faulty temperature controller or relay. Test the relay first as it is more prone to failure.
5. Non-rotation of Main Motor in Screw Packaging Machine
Check the fuse first. If it's intact, inspect the relay of the main motor. If that's fine, the issue may lie with the mainboard of the screw packaging machine.
