Streamlined Electric Drill Bit Packaging: Counting and Packing Made Easy

A drill bit is a rotating tool with cutting capabilities at the head end. It has a wide range of uses and can be used on machine tools such as drill presses, lathes, milling machines, and electric hand drills. Drill bits, usually small-sized drill bits, are included in the automatic counting and packaging category. Usually the length is required to be within 140mm. Supports process design for mixed packaging of one or more drill bit counts.
In terms of customization, a vibrating plate is usually used to realize automatic arrangement, and a photoelectric counting component is used to unload the materials and then enter the vertical packaging machine to realize the packaging process design, which is very popular among customers.
